Laser BlueScreenshot – Laser Blue is a program for the Open Tech Support Forums. It’s pretty much just an advanced Macro Editor. You can import your own C&P’s along with some pre-defined ones. I may possibly separate this program into Battle.net OTS, and World of Warcraft CS and OTS, however it is still under consideration. For now though, it is Battle.net specific. Version 1.1.
Features:

  • Premade macros for assisting people with the best content
  • Includes important legal documents from Blizzard like the ToU, EULA, and the ESRB Ratings
  • The ability to create your own custom macros
  • User-friendly GUI
  • Automatic premade macro updater
  • Includes built-in BlizzardFTP support
  • A built-in Biohazard tool for reporting things
  • Includes a complete list of Solution IDs for the Support Website
  • Thanks To:
    • The Blizzard Tech Support Team for doing their job awesome and giving me some macros!
    • The Open Tech Support Team for giving their time to help others and giving me some macros!

Open TechBot – The Open TechBot is TechBot.Support@Blizzard’s little brother. He is also working with ClanGnome and his daughter, MiniGnome. The job of OTB is to have a good amount of answers for users after they type a keyword. I am in the process of creating a program to track the usage of each command to be displayed here.

Chat Gem (Battle.net)Screenshot (Version 1.9) (Blizzard has banned Telnet clients, it may be permanent, but I will still work on the bot, and get it to log on through another product). The bot is commonly used for Technical Support. It has many different tools on it that will allow you to give Technical Support so much easier! Version 2.0 is currently in the works using the Diablo Retail (DRTL) client.

The Bell (StealthBot Plugin) – (Version 1.2) – The Bell is a simple Stealthbot Script that I use tieing myself to the Blizzard Tech Support channel. It also does many other things between myself, Blizzard Representatives, and Battle.net Admins.
Commands:

  • /ListRep alias /LR: Lists the current Blizzard Representatives or Battle.net Administrators in the database.
  • /CountRep alias /CR: Counts how many Blizzard Representatives or Battle.net Administrators are in the channel and then lists them.
  • /RepTotal alias /RT: Shows the total amount of Blizzard Representatives and Battle.net Administrators in the database.
  • /WhoRep alias /WR: Checks the access level and whereabouts of a Blizzard Representative or Battle.net Administrator.
  • /Bell: Rings the sacred bell.
  • /HelpRep alias /HR: Lists the commands and their aliases in the bot as well as the script version.
  • /BTS: Displays current users in the Blizzard Tech Support channel.
  • /OTS: Displays current users in the Open Tech Support channel.
  • /Summon alias /S: Sends a message summoning the specified user.
  • Thanks to:
    • Stealth, vs40fresh, Swent, Draco, Hdx, Jack for coding help
    • Techbot.Support@Blizzard for some tests

Chat Gem (World of Warcraft) – (Version 1.0) – The Chat Gem is a simple World of Warcraft Script that I use tieing myself to the games Game Masters. It also does many other things between myself and Game Masters. As well as keeping Chat Logs of the actual game. Not to mention how it recreates the Battle.net Diablo 2 Chat Gem capabilities, by being able to Activate/Reactivate it. And yes, it also has Perfect Gem and the Mooo!

Thanks to:

  • WoWWiki for giving a somewhat good explanation of all of the WoW Events and Procedures
  • Iriel for coding help

BattleSourceScreenshot – Battle Source will be a program for Tech Support. It will have many, many functions for helping other people. It is just in the brainstorming stage right now.

NESPC – The NES PC is a computer that uses an original NES as the tower. I haven’t come around to doing this yet, but I have a good amount of the parts. It’ll get done sometime.
